Plan No. 132
1915 Ready Built House Company of Portland, Oregon
Renamed the Nevada plan in a later catalog, design number 132 by Ready Built was a pretty, comfortable small home plan for the middle-income home buyer. Earlier plans like this one often had few or nonexistant hallways to maximize usable square footage. This one illustrates the novelty of indoor plumbing with the bathroom separate from the toilet (located just inside the back door to the kitchen). The later version simplifies the plumbing into a single room and also loses the fireplace.
