1915 Ready Built House Company of Portland, Oregon
Plan 142 is a nice plan in many respects including the wrap-around porch, cozy den with fireplace, and open floor plan with spaces marked by colonnades. According to the description included, this plan was originally a custom design. The pergola and hipped roof combined with the casement windows and easy access to the porch make this quite a modern layout in many respects. This plan was discontinued before the 1921 catalog.
