Plan No. 127
1915 Ready Built House Company of Portland, Oregon
Another grand bungalow classic shown in the 1915 Ready Built catalog was No. 127, later named the Illinois. The living room and dining create a large L-shaped living area adjacent to the kitchen. A bedroom on the main floor was also available for room as a den. The bathroom was located downstairs. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. This plan doesn't show the chimney, though it appears in a logical location on the later plan.
