Plan No. 40C

1908 Bungalows by V. W. Voorhees of SEattle

More traditional with its designated parlor and formal entry, design No. 40C is a somewhat more transitional plan than some of Voorhees' other bungalows. Still, with a colonnade between the parlor and library with its builtins flanking the fireplace at one end, it was probably very attractive. The rest of the main floor shows the kitchen with its pantry and dining room. The second floor cut-away shows one possible second floor configuration with the bathroom upstairs.
