Plan No. 48

1908 Bungalows by V. W. Voorhees of SEattle

No. 48 is another larger than average bungalow home with lovely distinguishing features including a shingled exterior, and an interior spec'd for slash-grained fir in a Mission style and a clinker brick fireplace. A compact, central stairway leads to the second floor where two more rooms could be finished at the home buyer's discretion. In keeping with the Shingle style tradition, eyebrow dormers are used for light and ventilation of under eave storage.
