1908 Bungalows by V. W. Voorhees of Seattle

A gentle curve on the roof of this bungalow cottage hints at the Asian style that was so prevalent on the US West Coast during the early years of the 20th century. Japanese gardens and architectural influences were found on homes from LA to Vancouver, BC. This small two-bedroom house is about 700 square feet and embodies many of the elements of what was best about bungalow living.
