Plan No. L-16

1922 Little Bungalows by E. W. Stillwell & Co.

Imagine No. L-16 from the architect's point of view: Rough bungalow siding stained brown with a green shingled roof and clear ivory trim. Train some trumpet vines, clematis, or wisteria for a green porch corner. Inside, the living room has a decorative ceiling cornice. An arched colonnade separates it from the dining room with its box-beamed ceiling. This small home offered three bedrooms and one bath in a 1200 sq. ft. footprint with the possibility of adding a room in the attic.
